Slow upload speeds are usually related to internet connection or file size. Try reducing your video quality settings, check your internet speed (we recommend at least 10 Mbps upload), and close other applications that might be using bandwidth. If you're on Wi-Fi, try connecting directly with an ethernet cable for more stable speeds.

App crashes during processing typically indicate insufficient RAM or storage space. Close other running applications, ensure you have at least 2GB of free storage space, and restart the app. If the problem persists, try processing shorter video segments or reducing the output quality temporarily.

While we support systems meeting our minimum requirements, performance may vary on older hardware. You can still use basic editing features, but advanced effects and AI-powered tools work best on newer systems. Consider upgrading your RAM first if your computer feels sluggish during editing.

Sync issues are often caused by poor internet connection or being signed into different accounts. Verify you're using the same account on all devices, check your internet connection, and ensure you have enough cloud storage space. Sometimes logging out and back in resolves temporary sync problems.

We support all major video formats including MP4, MOV, AVI, and MKV for input. Our system automatically converts videos to the optimal format for each social media platform. For best results, we recommend uploading videos in MP4 format with H.264 encoding.
